We offer free shipping on orders over 199 USD, and for lower order values the price are only 19 USD world wide. Below you will find all our shipping options:
Shipping - Package delivered with currier
PostNord with a normal delivery time of 4-8 business days.
Tracking
All packages are shipped with tracking so you can track your package's location and estimated delivery date via the tracking link you receive in the email we send when your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this tracking link may take up to 24 hours to update.
Unclaimed package
For uncollected packages that have not been agreed in advance with us, the customer will normally be charged a fee of 29 EUR. This fee will cover the return shipping, and the direct costs of packing and packaging the products. The fee is independent of whether the order is re-sent.
Are the prices including VAT and customs duties?
No, the products will be sent from Norway and does not include VAT or customs fees so please make sure you are aware of this addition especially if you are located in the USA.
